She co-writes an article with her colleague Andrew White in ‘Law Week’ in which they describe important KM challenges facing law firms. The main one is clients expecting a personalized access to the know-how of the law firm. The increasing knowledge requirements of the clients are leading to an intensive exchange of information between the departments and the support units.
